hobbit: battle of the five armies

One of the toughest things about working on licensed properties are the NDAs (non-disclosure agreements). Especially in a day and age of posting images and getting immediate feedback is the norm.

Recently, the announcement was made by the lovely folks at Cryptozoic Entertainment of my invovlement on their next (and last) Lord of the Rings trading card set, Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies.

I am a huge Tolkien fan and a massive fan of the films. It was an absolutely pleasure getting to study the screens of this beautifully shot film (directing and cinemtography--makes for great references).

The card set will be released the early part of this year. Keep checking back here, as I will post the full line up of cards I completed for the set upon release.
