I've been working on this series for a while now. It came from a brain-storming session with my significant other, Kristina. She is a lover of old Hollywood, pin ups, burlesque and Batman. This was a brilliant idea on her part that combined all of her favoirte things. We've had a really good time in "casting" the roles of the female villains. Its great to see images in your head come to life on a sheet of paper, canvas or a computer screen. The satisfaction you get when you see your art in the "real world" is even better. For example, a piece of art I did inspired someone to add it to themselves forever. This is a great compliment to my work and a pretty sweet piece of ink.
